This is an original WWII poster "Smokey Says - Care will prevent 9 out of 10 forest fires!" by Albert Staehle. This poster is from the year 1944 and measures roughly 14.25 x 20 inches. This is a rare poster which is the first ever appearance of Smokey the Bear.
This poster is in great condition with excellent color. It does have minor creasing, fold line wear, minor fold line separation (top middle), minor marks / discoloration, and general wear. Please see all photos for the condition as the photos are part of the description.
