Unknown use and unknown age. This poster or paper shows US Marines in Japanese fencing gear. Bottom says “American Marines in Shanghai are taking lessons in the art of fencing of Japan”. Bottom right says “(3) The Zizi-Syasin-Sinbun”. Chinese or Japanese characters to the right. Measures 15-1/4” x 10-1/2”.
