Translation up top- “A good deed has its reward, so has a bad deed.”
CBI insignia is also shown.
Bottom translation- “Recognize this symbol to know your ally and friend.”
On the back of the American Air Force symbol is depicted along with text explaining that a reward for saving the airman will be paid when the war is over. It also explains that by doing the simple good deed of returning an American pilot to friendly forces the civilians will be richly rewarded.
