    Description

    The World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July - August 2019.
    This neckerchief (necker or scarf) was created for the Amateur Radio Operation (Station NA1WJ) IST Staff. This was the necker that members of the program Ist wore during the jamboree. This was a very hard IST necker to obtain.
    MINT necker - sealed in original bag - I didn't break the seal so the pictures are thought he plastic bag (MIB).
