You are purchasing a
1942 WWII "you buy 'em we'll fly 'em! Defense Bonds Stamps Poster Military Book Club 16x20.
You are getting the item in the photos.  I have no idea the exact year but the image was used in 1942.  The bottom of the poster says "Poster Prepared Exclusively For The Military Book Club, Garden City, N.Y. 11530."  Based on the paper and the discoloration it is obviously very old.  It was in a poster tube with several other posters marked WWI & WWII Posters.
